For Quebec consumers desiring a repair or replacement outside of the limited warranty for their product, Workwell may, at its own discretion, make available repair or replacement services but extends no guarantee thereof.
The following Workwell products are subject to a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, as more fully detailed in the individual product warranty material:
- Acroprint Punch Card Time Clocks
The following Workwell products are subject to a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, as more fully detailed in the individual product warranty material:
- Acroprint BioTouch
- Acroprint Biolook
- Acroprint ProPunch
- Acroprint Pendulum
- uPunch
The following Workwell products require subscriptions to fully function and are subject to a lifetime warranty while the subscription remains active, as more fully detailed in the individual product warranty material:
- Acroprint CloudPunch
- uAttend Time Clocks
- uAttend Staffing Time Clocks
- Citadel Time Clocks
- uAccept POS systems
New and/or refurbished replacement products are not made available for other Workwell products not listed here. Workwell does not make available replacement parts, repair services, or repair instructions for Workwell products.
